I purchased a Mascot Booster discount plan from someone in my community to help support their organization.

How long do the discounts on the Mascot Booster discount plan last?

They are valid 12 months from the launch date of the campaign.

How many merchants are on each plan?

We usually try to get 18-25 merchants per campaign. There is a minimum of 15 businesses per campaign.

Will customers be able to purchase the Mascot Booster campaign without a smart phone?

Yes, customers can buy a discount plan using a laptop or computer. They will need to have a smart phone with internet connectivity to be able to redeem their discounts.

Will the merchants be local?

Most of the businesses will be in the organization that is fundraising's community or city, or within close proximity to.

How do the customers redeem their discounts?

After purchase they will log into their dashboard where they will click a “Redeem Discounts” button. Then, they show the merchant the screen of their mobile device and receive their discount.

What types of merchants participate?

We typically obtain a wide variety of merchants to participate in the booster campaign. Some of the types of merchants we seek to include are: local restaurants, pizza parlors, ice cream shops, dry cleaners, flower shops, auto repair shops, sporting goods stores, fast food restaurants, donut shops/bakeries, clothing/shoe stores, hardware stores, hair salons, nail salons, car washes, delis, sandwich shops, landscapers, and more.

What kinds of discounts will be on the Mascot Booster discount plan?

We recommend a minimum of 10% off or a buy 1 get 1 free. Discounts are determined by the merchant. We encourage merchants to get creative with the discounts they provide. If they typically have a slow day of the week we recommend providing a discount for only that day. (ex. 30% off entrées on Mondays)

Is it safe to enter credit card information on mascotbooster.com?

Yes, we use state-of-the-art security technology to keep your information safe and to be PCI Compliant. We never store any credit card information.

How do i know the person I am buying from gets credit?

When going through the checkout process you will see an “invited by” field. That participant will get credit for the sale.

Will my discounts ever change?

The discounts are subject to be changed or removed.

What do i do if my discount was not redeemable at a participating merchant?

Contact us immediately.

Can I use the discount more than once in the same visit?

Customers are only able to redeem a mascot booster discount once per visit to a merchant. Unless the merchant discount clearly states otherwise.

What locations are the discounts good for?

The discounts are only honored at the locations specified by the Merchant.

The campaign selling period lasts for 30 days. This means that a participant will be able to sell discount plans for 30 days after a campaign is launched. Customers will be able to purchase a discount plan for up to 3 months after a campaign ends.

Can I share my unique selling ID anywhere?

Yes, we encourage posting your unique selling link on facebook, twitter, instagram, by SMS, and text message.

Can I use the door to door method to make sales?

Yes, when going door to door you can either give out your Unique Selling link or use the Add Customer on your dashboard to send them an email.

No, we take on the responsibility of contacting the merchants and getting them to agree to provide a discount. You may suggest the merchants that you would like us to contact.

Is there a minimum amount of sales before I get any money?

There are no minimum sales required. At the end of your campaign you will receive a check or direct deposit. It’s that simple

How much profit do I make per Mascot Booster discount plan?

You keep a percentage of the profit from each discount plan that the campaign sells. The percentage will be determined by you and the Mascot Booster staff before the campaign starts.
